TicketWindow Inc. received the Award at the FEO Gala event in Niagara Falls on February 29, 2024. TicketWindow President Paul Rivard received the coveted Innovation Award.
Rivard expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Festival and Event Ontario (FEO) for acknowledging TicketWindow’s remarkable achievements in Ticket Innovation. The FEO Innovation Award comes as TicketWindow celebrates its 20th Anniversary.
After 20 years in the ticket industry, TicketWindow is preparing to release several Game-Changing Innovations in April 2024.

TicketWindow’s innovative services aim to bring new, robust options for Event Managers. TicketWindow is entering new product categories to include products for smaller event opportunities.
Free Festival Ticket® service offers not-for-profit events a range of benefits, including security, social, and sales advantages for civic events that have yet to be ticketed. Rivard emphasized the company’s commitment to enhancing the ticketing experience and facilitating unforgettable memories for all patrons.
